Privacy and cookie notice
Last updated: September 2026
This notice is available in Italian and English. The Italian text prevails.
Who processes the data
The data controller is Fabiana Mastropietro, Casale Fedele, Strada S. Giovanni 6, 01037 Ronciglione (VT). For any request write to info@iloveitaly.it or call +39 344 6129325.
What we collect
Only what you write in the forms on this site: name, email, phone if you give it, the date and type of experience you are interested in, the number of guests and your message. The site needs no account and never asks for payment details.
Why we use it
To answer your request and, if you book, to organise the class or the stay. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for advertising.
Who sees it
Forms are forwarded to our mailbox through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), acting as a processor. Our email is hosted by our provider. The site runs on Vercel, which keeps technical access logs for security.
Maps and external content
On the surroundings page the map is drawn with OpenStreetMap tiles: opening that page sends your IP address to their servers, which is the minimum needed to display a map.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not become bookings are deleted within twelve months. Booking data is kept for the period required by tax law.
Cookies and statistics
The site uses no profiling cookies and installs no advertising tools. To know how many people visit it we use Cloudflare's visit count (Cloudflare Web Analytics): it uses no cookies, does not follow you from site to site and keeps no data that could identify you, so you are not asked for consent. If we later switch on more detailed analytics or advertising campaigns, we will do so only with consent collected through a banner, and this page will be updated first.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, by writing to info@iloveitaly.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority.
