An entertaining cooking class stays a lunch. It becomes training when it has four things a lunch does not — and the four are built with you before the day itself.
Teams the company would not have formed
Drawn at random in front of everyone, mixing departments on purpose. If you form the teams yourselves, you rebuild the groups that already exist in the office and nothing happens.
A brief, and a clock
Not «let's make pasta», but: every team carries its dish to the table at one o'clock. A real deadline is what reveals how a group organises itself.
A complication halfway
Halfway through, something changes: an ingredient runs out, ten minutes disappear, one person moves to another team. It shows how you react when the plan breaks.
Half an hour to talk about it
At the end, sitting down, five questions read from a sheet. This is the part that turns a good day into something people still remember on Monday.

There is a conference room too
The Casale has a room with an exposed timber-truss ceiling and windows onto the garden, with a screen and a projector already installed. The real meeting happens there in the morning, and in the afternoon you go down to the kitchen: that is why a day here can replace a day in a hotel rather than only accompany it.
The room also works on its own: presentations, training, meetings, screenings. Breaks happen in the garden, under the pergola.

Morning in the room and the kitchen, afternoon outside: the vegetable garden, or Sutri and Caprarola fifteen minutes away.

The leadership retreat
Conference room in the morning, kitchen in the afternoon, dinner all together and an evening in the garden. You sleep at the Casale.

Prices are per person, VAT excluded, and vary with group size and season. We issue an invoice and provide the programme on paper for your HR office.
