Booking terms

These terms are available in Italian and English. The Italian text prevails.
Request and confirmation
The form on this site is a request, not a booking. The experience is confirmed only after our written reply stating date, time, number of guests and price.
Prices
Prices shown on each experience are per person and include what that page describes. Changes for groups, special menus or extra services are stated in the confirmation.
Number of guests
Some experiences run with a minimum number of guests. If it is not reached we offer another date or, if you prefer, cancel at no cost.
Cancellation
You can cancel free of charge up to three days before. After that, or in case of a no-show, the amount is not refunded, but the date can be moved once, within six months.
Allergies and intolerances
Tell us when you make the request: we adapt the recipes where we can. We cannot guarantee the absence of traces, because flour, eggs and nuts are handled in the kitchen.
Children
Children are welcome and take part alongside the adults, under the responsibility of whoever comes with them.
Photos and video
We take a few photos during the classes. If you would rather not appear on our channels, just tell us: we will not publish images in which you can be recognised.
