Nutella Tiramisù

Method

   Warm the Nutella slightly until more fluid, then mix with the mascarpone into a smooth, even cream.

   Whip the cream until stiff and fold it gently into the mascarpone and Nutella cream, from the bottom up.

   Dip the savoiardi quickly in the milk, without soaking, and make the first layer in the bottom of a dish.

   Cover with a layer of Nutella cream, then repeat with a second layer of savoiardi and a second layer of cream.

   Level the top, scatter with chopped hazelnuts and rest in the fridge for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.

   Before serving, dust generously with unsweetened cocoa.
